Normally, I have had good food and service there; but, this week, something has changed. Obviously, I am a regular. However, I might have to start driving over to Johnston St. Saturday, Sept 20, I was starving so I decided it was Ragin Cajun burger time. I drove over to 2511 K.S. and placed an order. Elizabeth was my server. I didn't not recognize her. She was polite. After she left, I unwrapped my order to find No ketchup, no salt, no Nothing. I knew it would be time consuming and frustrating to call on the speaker so I ignored it. Then my tater tots were not hot....had fries in them and for some reason the burger was not as good as normal. I left upset. Today, I returned to order a drink at the drive thru. I had to repeat a ONE drink order THREE times...finally I drove UP to the window and asked what the problem was. You know I am really sick of getting crappy service!!! When I pay, I expect the food to be HOT and by the time, customers can realize it, it is a WASTE of time to push the speaker button and make the person understand with 5 sentences. If the food was FREE, how could any person complain? However, the Food is NOT FREE and I want my burger made correctly and served HOT. I surely do NOT feel that is asking too much!! Also make sure the order takers are listening once they ask ...May I help you?"
