I AM NOT SURE WHAT IS WORSE, THEIR WORK OR THEIR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you want to be treated disrespectfully and want to deal with unprofessional people, this is your place. I took my car in for rim and tire installation and also for alignment and balance. After reading some positive reviews, I even bought the lifetime alignment warranty.
I picked up my car after the service and after a couple of days realized that one of my front wheels has started to vibrate when I go over 60mph. Since I usually don't go that fast it took me a couple of days to find out. So, I called, and “Mike” told me they didn't have spots available that day for me to bring in the car again. On their website, it says, "walk-ins welcome", so I called back to tell them I was bringing in the car and he got aggressive and hung up on me. I tried to call back and noone picked up the phone. I decided to call from a different number and someone picked up immediately.
When I brought in the car, "Mike" was nowhere to be found and an older man in the front, probably the only competent person there, took my car in. When I picked up the car, the problem was not fixed; it was jumping like before.
The next day, I decided to call and talk to Xavier, the store manager. When I asked to speak with him about this matter, there was an awkward silence on the phone and after about a minute the person on the phone said he was Xavier. I asked again if he was Xavier and all I got was a "uhum". He didn't ask how he could help me, so I started to explain the issue. In the middle of my explanation, he started to pretend he could not hear me. I know he was lying because I hung up and called again a few times and each time, the directory was able to hear me without any problems and connected me the right way. When finally “Xavier” (??) picked up the phone again, he started screaming at me: “Dude!!. Your phone is not working.” I responded that I had all the signal bars, but he just continued yelling that my phone was not working and that they had fixed my car. I had my daughter with me through all of this so I made sure to keep calm during the incident. I was offered no solutions to my problem and was not offered a refund for the warranty I bought, which is obviously useless, since they can’t fix even a basic issue.
Their incompetence cost me a lot of time/money, they were not able to fix the issue, I am stuck with a worthless warranty and their customer service is beyond bad. STAY AWAY!!!
