I made an online catering order and called to confirm the order due to an error with my credit card. The phone number did not work. It was a fax phone number. After numerous tries with the same number, someone finally answered. He told me he would check online to see if my order came through and call me back. About 4 hours later, I had not received a call back, and I was nearing the 24 hour time range that Subway would like in advance to prepare catering orders. I called back and spoke to the same man. He said he was in the middle of his lunch rush and would get back to me. It is now the day of the party, and I just called again. Fax machine response was what I received. I will be going into the store today to see what is going on and why no one is calling me back. I will not order catering from this store again, and I will not go back to this store. Quite disappointing. I chose this store out of all of the Subways in my town because it is the one that has been here the longest, and I wanted to give it my business as I did when I was a child.
