First visit in over 3 years. It will be my last. Customer service by Lisa was just uncalled for. (I am in retail and have worked with the public since 1970)! I went in with a coupon for the BOGO, so I'd have food for a few meals. Was incorrectly charged, but let it go, as it still was a pretty good deal, but mainly due to Lisa's attitude about it. Well, I got home and went for the Steak & Cheese. NOT GOOD! The bread (Italian herb, my favorite) I thought perhaps she had toasted it too long. Well, I tried the Tuna, UNTOASTED...hard as a rock, and crunchy, actually cut the roof of my mouth!! I'm really not one to complain or return food, but I do work hard for my money. I drove back with the subs and showed them to her. She said she could remake them. I said no, I'd like a refund so I could get groceries and cook. Said she couldn't do that without a manager. She (Kim) mgr. leaves at 5pm. Lisa says I will have to come back the next morning (1/27). So now, I have no dinner, no breakfast and have to make another trip! Sooo not happy with my entire experience!
Would you recommend Subway Store # 15183 to others? No
