Terrible management, my wife and I had to make a police report against Cheryl (manager on nightshift) for threatening to "beat your ass if you don't leave my store". I believe this is absolutely unacceptable behavior in the workplace. Do all managers at taco bell act this way?

I went through the drive thru on August 31st 2015t 2015. ordered a lot of food for me and my family, wife and 3 kids. had to wait forever to get to the pickup window. only to arrive at home and realized we were shorted half of our food. Now I hate arguing with a manager and having to go through the hassle of taking my receipt back only to get my food replaced. Do you people not realize I waste my time and gas money? To come to your store to eat. I expected to be correct. thanks but no thanks not going to waste more gas only to get what I paid for initially. Keep the dang food. I will never eat here again.
