My package never arrived on 7/20/16 at 5:13 according to UPS records to Summerwood subdivision 77044 zip. I was home at the time. I had company visiting that left at 5:30. No package on porch. I content it was never delivered. The door bell did not ring. My dog always barks when people park in front of our house and when the door bell rings. My package from QVC was not delivered or it was
stolen within 15 minutes from my porch. But my dog always barks when people are near our house. No barking. I called QVC they will send my another aerobed to my church. That way UPS guy has to take the package inside for a signature. I lodge a complaint with UPS but I doubt anything will happen. Investigations on the local level have to happen.

The service center personnel are A-OK; it's the drivers that are sometime inept, and cannot find an address, and have no idea how to figure out how and where to get help. Doofusses, many of them!

they do not follow their own guidelines for delivery. THey originally scheduled the delivery for 2/26, I rearranged my schedule to accomodate them. Late in the day on the 26th they rescheduled the delivery for the 27th. I would not be available on the 27th to sign for the package so I got on the totally useless live chat. They instructed me in how to pre sign for the package and I did that. When I got home on the 27th, I expected to find the package but instead I found a note that they tried to deliver it and I was not there to sign (DUAHH) I thought that I had already handled that with their live chat. Obviously they didn't get the word to the driver. Now they have rescheduled it again for Monfay 3/2 in the middle of the day so again I will take off work to accomodate them. If they are not their this time I'm not sure what I will do. I know one thing that I will go back to using USPS or FedX and NOT UPS in the future, they simply cost me too much in lost time.

My packages were left at the wrong house!!! The house numbers are very clear by the front door!!!!!!!!!!!

Lazy drivers. Will say they came but no one was here. Im here all day and have cameras. My packages get across the country in 3 days max, and more times than not take 3 days to travel the last 15 miles.

I keep having the same problem they said they come and nobody was here , I actually sit all day outside to wait for my package and they never come when I call they said the carrier come by and no one was here...... They have poor customer service,and worst carriers they need to improve they service......
