Need to be able to at least speak to someone locally to determine when someone can coordinate a drop off. People work jobs. If someone is working midnight shift they need to be able to determine when to sleep other than wait from 8am to 8pm. Additionally of customer works days how does this work out? If three attempts means a return then somehow then there needs to be much better communication.
