Packages were to be delivered on Thurs., so I made alternative plans to ensure I would be available. Tracking info said everything was fine for delivery by 8pm. Since I live only 10 miles from the center, I didn't expect complications. No delivery attempt all day, and at 8:07pm, delivery status changed to "delivery rescheduled per recipient instructions."
I gave no such instructions, and the lady at the customer service number told me not only were there no revised delivery instructions noted from me, but Watertown hadn't even given a date for the rescheduled delivery. I now have to wait for their call at 10am tomorrow.
If you can't meet your delivery obligations, ok, sometimes stuff happens, but don't try to make it look like the customer changed the game. Mistakes (with a reasonable explanation) can be excused, but dishonesty gets you a review like this.
