This Wendy's needs work on their customer service skills. The tables were filthy. We asked for someone to come and wipe one down for us -- this took a second request and 20 minutes to accomplish. (we moved to another table by then) The cash register operator was more concerned about flirting with a young lady than telling us our order was actually ready. Fries were mostly cold at this point. I asked for the manager. The manager proceeded to tell me I would have to wait because she was busy. After a second request, she finally came over to listen to our concerns about the cold food and missing food from our order. They did make us new food for which I am grateful.

I went to Wendy's south side holland location waited over 15 minutes including a 1 person I front of me wait took it to go got home spicy chicken was great baconater double horrible bacon was burnt and burger gray dry and tasteless worst Wendy burger ever going to elsewhere next time
