Wonderful people with positive and encouraging attitudes! I would recommend this location to anyone looking for support to their goals for personal fitness or looking for fun community based activities. Pool is spectacular! My son loves to play in the gym and at the pool. Clean and fun! Parking right across the street and membership is affordable. Child watch for two hours allows parents time to exercise or go relax in the steam room or sauna. I wish I had more time to go! The staff and personal trainers have always been helpful and encouraging. My PT gave me the courage to lift weights every day and use the machines with confidence.

Itty bitty sports was great for my son he is vey shy and attached to me thats why i signed him ip hopeing it will help him detach from me alittle and talk to others and most of all help him break out of his shell by atcually talking to other children also a geeat way to use up your childs energy and the coaches where awesome they gave each child attention and made surw they learned the fundamentals of the sport they where playing that day. definitely recomend the itty bitty sports. Im looking forward to signing my son up for more classes to help him in many other ways . I'm glad theirs programs like ymca they really do help and are fun.
