Back room: very dented can of Campbells tomato soup pulled from back stock.CORRECTED ON SITE by pulling items.*** Please make sure all staff know that dented cans of food should be pulled from shelf immediately and returned to distributor. Dented cans create favorable conditions for botulism, which is rare but often fatal. *** Please make sure staff know to rotate all baby formula according to expiration date when stocking, and to pull expired product immediately.
