Note: Hand signs were lacking at several hand sinks and were provided today.
Operator provided 3 certificates of competition for Level One Training during this inspection.
C/*2.4/6.2 Two front hand sinks were lacking soap. Provide an adequate supply of hand soap to promote proper hand washing practices and to limit the growth of bacteria.
6.4 Observed water was pooling in the light fixture in the walk-in cooler. Clean and repair this area.
3.2 Observed handles for ice cream condiments were stored in the container with the handle touching the food. Store dispensing utensils in the food with the handle extended outward or soiled on a clean surface.
3.2 Observed the ice scoop was stored in the ice machine. Store the scoop on a clean surface for up to four hours to limit the growth of organisms.
