CHEMICAL- Multi surface and glass cleaners stored on storage shelving with cups. Store toxic chemicals below and away from food and equipment. These chemicals were relocated during this inspection. Chili is reheated in small portions. Discussed venting chili during the cooling process. Accurate long stem digital thermometer available for use. Chili is reportedly reheated in the cooked to 180°F within 30 minutes. Observed employee handle raw hamburger then change his gloves prior to further preparation. |
