*4.4 QAC sanitizer contained 300-400 ppm in the spray bottle and in the three-vat sink. Maintain QAC sanitizer At 200 ppm per manufacturer specifications.
6.4 The floor throughout the operation appears soiled, or stained. Reportedly floors are wet mopped and no chemical is used.

4.8/3.2 Observed equipment under the candied condiment bar in the gray cabinets, in the basement by the furnace, and a case of cones by the storage rack were stored on the floor. Store equipment six inches off the floor to facilitate cleaning and to prevent contamination,
9.0/4.8 Equipment was not approved for storage in the basement by the furnace. Relocate equipment to the approved storage areas.
6.2 Provide hand washing signs at both hand sinks to inform employees where to wash their hands. Hand sign were provided today.
5.1 Observed a cup in the drain line for the preparation sink. This sink shall be indirectly drained. Remove the cup.
6.4 Observed pieces of bare wood were under the wheels of the three door freezer unit. Provide a cleanable surface.
Note: Currently operation is not using the approved storage area in the basement.
