4.4 The following equipment is damaged:
-R/duct tape on the interior of the bottled beer reach-in cooler
-broken keg cooler handle
-ice build-up throughout the walk-in freezer
Remove the duct tape in order to provide a more easily cleanable surface. Make any necessary repairs and keep foods protected from possible contamination from ice. Repairs are scheduled for the freezer and keg cooler.
NOTE: Fax MCHD a copy of the most recent water sample (bacterial) for the file.
-Observed single-use gloves available in order to avoid bare hand contact.
