- Remove the duct tape in order to provide a more easily cleanable surface. Make any necessary repairs and keep foods protected from possible contamination from ice. Repairs are scheduled for the freezer and keg cooler.
- NOTE: Fax MCHD a copy of the most recent water sample (bacterial) for the file.
- -Observed proper cold holding temperatures throughout.
- -Observed proper raw animal food storage.
- -Observed proper date marking.
- -Observed single-use gloves available in order to avoid bare hand contact.
