  • Gourmet turkey was not date marked. Ready-to-eat potentially hazardous foods shall be date marked when opened and consumed within seven days. Reportedly foods past seven days were inaccurate.
  • R/4.5- Meat freezer, ice cream freezer, and back storage freezer have ice build-up. Clean and defrost these units.

  • 6.4- Continue to remove unnecessary equipment from the back storage room.
  • 6.4- Floor in back storage room and under shelving in the walk-in cooler are dirty. Clean this.
  • R4.5- Defrost storage and retail chest freezers they have ice accumulation.
  • 4.1- Crockpot used for soup. Utilize a commercial grade piece of equipment for cooking soup. Commercial soup kettle is on site.

  • 6.4- Floor and wall junctures and around equipment is dirty. Clean the floor more thoroughly.
  • 4.4- Repair damaged door on the sandwich cooler.
  • 6.4- Purse stored with condiments. Store employee personal items separate from food and single-use items.
  • 3.5- Manufacturer dates are covered with a price tag. Do not cover manufacturer sell by dates.
