  • Air Gap Requirement, Design of Backflow Prevention & Conditioning Devices (46.822(c)-(e))
    --Prep sink by mechanical dishwasher does not have an adequate air gap of at least 1 inch, between the water supply and flood rim of the sink. A plumber has been contacted weeks ago to install the air gap. Contact Department within 48 hours to verify work has been completed.
  • Handwashing Facility Installation (46.822(b))
    --The handwash sink located in the employee restroom does not have water at a temperature of at least 100°F. Water temperature yields observed at 80°F. Plumber has been contacted to resolve the issue.
