    --Food facility does not have available sanitizer test kit to determine appropriate sanitizer concentration. This was corrected on site. Comply every day.

    --No sanitizer was available for use on site. Dishes were not being washed at the time of the inspection. Multi Quat Sanitizer was then provided on site. Maintain a constant supply every day.
  • Maintenance & Operation of Mechanical Warewashing Equipment (46.675(a)-(c))
    --The mechanical dish washer is broken and it was reported that it is not being used. REPAIR THIS DISH WASHER TO OPERATE ACCORDING TO THE MANUFACTURER'S DATA PLATE OR REMOVE IT FROM THE KITCHEN WITHIN 10 DAYS. THIS IS A REPEAT VIOLATION FROM 2013'S INSPECTIONS.
