    The person in charge of food safety in this facility is not performing the duties required for food safety as evidenced by violations found during this inspection.

    Food facility is using Bleach sanitizer in a spray bottle on the slicer and tables in the back prep area at an extremely high concentration in excess of 200 ppm, not approved in the Code of Federal Regulations for food contact sanitizing at this level.

    Food Employee observed donning single use gloves without a prior hand wash.

    Shelves in the walkin cooler have an accumulation of debris, grime, and a mold like growth. Gaskets on the panini refrigeration unit are not clean to sight and touch and have a mold like growth. The small refrigerator used for storing milk products is not clean to site and touch on the interior.

    The concentration of two red sanitizer buckets on the prep line were 0 ppm. An effective amount of bleach was not detected in the sanitizer buckets.

    Paper towel and soap dispensor at the hand wash sink in the kitchen are broken and in bad repair. Soap is not easily accesible to food employees for hand washing due to the soap dispenser being broken.

I loved this place! I used to go to Atlanta Bread Company all the time. My favorite food product ever was the muffin top. I used to get them in chocolate chip, i'd buy every single one that they had on the display shelf. They were always so good, but the Atlanta Bread company got closed and now i have no where to get these. It's pretty disappointing. I wish they would open up again. I'd go there all the time.That would be so awesome. I also used to love going there to do my schoolwork on my laptop and try different foods that they had, i also used to go there to get hot coco every so often. Everything was really really good about Atlanta Bread Company and the staff was always super friendly, and it was always a quiet place with no interruptions.
