--The hot hold unit is not maintaining product temp. above the required 135*F. The GE refrigerator has an ambient air temp. at approx. 48*F. The units are shutting off due to a circuit breaker turning off. An electrician is currently making repairs at the time of this inspection.
Hot Holding Potentially Hazardous Foods (46.385(a)(1))
--Hot Dogs and Hamburgers in the hot hold unit have an internal temp. at 119*F. and 124*F. resp. Must hot hold foods at/above 135*F. Items were placed in this hot hold unit approx. one hour prior to this inspection. Items were reheated on the stove to above 165*F. Stove will be used as the hot hold unit until repairs have been completed on the cited hot hold unit. Reviewed with the PIC. Corrected.
Cold Holding Potentially Hazardous Foods (46.385(a)(2)-(a)(5))
--Hot Dogs in the GE refrigerator by the grill have an internal temp. at 48*F. Items were placed in this unit approx. one hour prior to this inspection. Hot Dogs were relocated at this inspection. Corrected.

--Windows in the front and back areas of this facility are partially screened and do not protect against the entry of insects. Numerous live flies were observed at this inspection.
