    --Soft Serve unit on site has been repaired since initial inspection, however it has again broken. It was holding mix internally at 74F, but had a sign on the unit instructing staff not to use. Facility has agreed to discontinue use of the unit, to discard all contents, and to clean and sanitize unit prior to reuse.
  • Plumbing Facilities in Good Repair, Cross Connection Prohibited, Scheduled Inspections, Cleaning Water Reservoirs (46.825(b)-(e))
    --Plumbing system not maintained in good repair - soda lines leaking at the self-serve drink station. Facility has ordered parts for this repair and is awaiting delivery of these parts. An invoice was provided to confirm this action.
  • Surface Characteristics of Indoor Areas of Food Facilities (46.901)
    --Floor, in the fryer area,mop sink area and 3 bowl sink area have excessively worn grout and is no longer easily cleanable, durable, smooth, non-porous, non-absorbent. REPEAT VIOLATION FROM 10/30/13
  • Operation & Maintenance of Storage Areas, Redeeming Machines, Waste Receptacles & Waste Handling Units (46.884)
    --Grease receptacle and holding area in rear of adjacent bfs has excessive grease and dirt accumulation and requires cleaning. Lid to grease receptacle was left open at the time of the follow-up inspection.
