--Twelve (12), Gerber brand 12.1-oz. containers of 'Good Start' baby formula are on the shelf, offered for retail sale and coded with a sell by date of Nov 2013. This product was removed during inspection by PIC.

--In-use knives stored between table edges or between tables, areas not easily cleanable and sanitized.
- Cooling Methods & Food Containers Used/Arranged (46.384(c)(d))
--Roast in the meat cooler was covered with aluminum foil (not vented). Cooked, hot held chicken is placed in a display cooler and may not be cooled to below 41 deg. F. within six hours.
- Hot Holding Potentially Hazardous Foods (46.385(a)(1))
--Rotisserie chicken offered in the hot hold retail case was not above 135 deg. F. It had internal temperature 112 deg. F. It was cooked after noon, and Deli Manager stated she would take proper steps to correct this matter.

--Retail containers (clear clamshells) are stored upright, such that they are not protected from airborne (overhead contamination).
- Surface Characteristics of Indoor Areas of Food Facilities (46.901)
--Accumulation of grease on the floor in the vicinity of the fryers. There is a section of the floor to wall union, near the fryers, which is not closed. The wall in this area is deteriorated. Parts of the floor to wall union in the meat cutting room is not closed.
