    --One (1) quart of half and half sell by date 5/28/14, one (1) pint whipping cream sell by date 6/23/14 offered for sale from retail cooler display, both removed for credit and disposed of by PIC during inspection.
  • Cold Holding Potentially Hazardous Foods (46.385(a)(2)-(a)(5))
    --Load levels of food pans of pizza toppings, in top section of pizza make cooler, too high, lid left open for too long. Product temperatures above 41*F. Reviewed standards, Corrected.
  • Time as a Public Health Control for Potentially Hazardous Foods (46.385(c))
    --Hot held breakfast food items, offered for sale from self-serve display, had 4 hour disposal time marked, BUT some fourteen (14) items had expired "disposal times" from 9:30 am - 10:30 am, checked the times at 10:45 am. All removed and disposed of by PIC. Reviewed need to have a set time for checking product times.
  • Frequency of Cleaning Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (46.714)
    --Cup arm of Freal milkshake mixer had buildup of dried food / shake mix splash. Daily manual cleaning required for those nonfood contact areas of the milkshake mixer.
  • Cleaning Ventilation Systems (46.981(d))
    --Dust build up on ceiling vent above pizza prep cooler, clean all vents as needed.
