    --Plumbing system not maintained in good repair - observed water leaking out of the hot handle, cold handle, and the upper shut off handle of the produce prep sink in the hallway.

    --Observed meat room walls with spatters present.
  • Cleaning Ventilation Systems (46.981(d))
    --Observed dust/dirt buildup on the meat room fan screens.
  • Using Dressing Rooms & Lockers (46.981(j))
    --Food employee personal belongings (clothing, etc.) were observed on the stock shelf outside the meat room door and in the stock closet inside--even though lockers are provided. Regulations reviewed and all items were relocated properly.
