    --Bulk foods and packaging stored commingled with chemicals and non-food items in bulk food / floral storage area (the cage). The area needs cleaned and organized, AND all foods and packaging segregated from the floral items. AND Where does the staff wash their hands before, and if needed during the packaging of the bulk foods?
  • Cold Holding Potentially Hazardous Foods (46.385(a)(2)-(a)(5))
    --The top section of the kitchen grill line cooler DOES NOT keep temperature at or below 41*F, cut tomatoes temped at 45*F (they were old and slimy too), and discarded. Bottom of cooler OK, 38*F.
  • Labeling (46.422)
    --Good job on labeling program for the deli salads, bakery products, salsa. BUT, the store-packaged bulk candies do not have the ingredient / allergen information on the package, nor does the "pumpkin mousse" at the deli counter cooler. Work on the labeling immediately.
  • Storing Clean Items (46.774)
    --Stack of "Better Cream" pails stacked together to right of bakery floor mixer, all were "wet nested", stacked together before completely air dried, as required for storing of clean items. That area along that wall needs cleaned and organized, spills and litter down behind / under the storage racks, air fan on top shelf has buildup of dust on fan guard.
  • Plumbing Facilities in Good Repair, Cross Connection Prohibited, Scheduled Inspections, Cleaning Water Reservoirs (46.825(b)-(e))
    --Deli department handwash sink hot water faucet not easy to operate, almost no hot water comes out of the faucet (handle is stripped, my guess). Repair as needed.
  • Repair & Cleaning Various Premises, Structures, Attachments & Fixtures (46.981(a)-(c)(g)(n))
    --Two (2) missing, one (1) broken, ceiling panels above the back kitchen prep area. Recessed grouting, broken quarry tiles in meat department cutting room area, holding puddled water. Repair as needed.
