--Hanburger/Hot Dog Stand - Observed food Employees eating in the prep area as evidenced by observed partially consumed food on the prep/service table. The food was removed from the prep table.

--Pizza Frita and Hamburger/Hot Dog Stands - Food employees observed in cook and service areas, not wearing proper hair restraints, such as nets, hats, or beard covers. Hats and/or hair nets were donned.

--Hamburger/Hot Dog Stand - Observed food handler eating with gloves on, when finished he was preparing to resume cooking wearing the same gloves. The food handler removed the gloves, washed his hands and donned new gloves.

--Wing Stand - celery sticks directly on ice in the cooler. The celery was placed in pans on top of the ice. Cheese Steak/Roast Corn and Potato Pancake Stands - soda cans buried in the ice in the cooler. The cans were placed with the tops above the ice.

--Sausage Stand - ambient temperature in the General Electric refrigerator is 48*f, tomato sauce 72*f. As per the manager, the sauce was just made and was placed in the refrigerated trailer. The manager adjusted the temperature in the refrigerator, however, the refrigerator was shut down. Food placed in another refrigerator, ambient temperature 32*f.

--Hamburger/Hot Dog Stand - ambient temperature in the Amana 20 refrigerator is 47*f. A pan of weiner sauce is cooling in the refrigerator, the pan was removed and placed in another refrigerator. The refrigerator will beused for beverages only (a sign was placed on the door).

--Potato Pancake Stand - The door gasket is loose and hanging on the center door of the refrigerator.
