    --The three bowl sink is not sealed to the wall. Caulk/seal this sink to the wall.
  • Operation & Maintenance of Storage Areas, Redeeming Machines, Waste Receptacles & Waste Handling Units (46.884)
    --Observed a build up of old grease and construction material on the ground by the dumpster area. Clean and maintain this area.
  • Cleanability of Floors, Walls, & Ceilings (46.921)
    --Observed a rough cut board attached to the kitchen floor in front of the walk in coolers. Provide a smooth easily cleanable surface.
