--Dried mix product on dispensing nozzles (four total on two machines) of frozen dessert units. DAILY disassemble, cleaning, sanitizing required. Dried mix and food residue on upper splash area of "Blizzard" mixer. Stagnant water collecting in bottom of drink ice scoop holster. Cleaned during inspection. Food scraps and congealed liquid on bottom of grill line sandwich unit cutting board, cutting board not removed, cleaned, sanitized at the end of previous day's use (as well as every four hours during use). Cleaned during inspection. (see below).
