    --Hood is not installed to cover entire cooking surface and prevent drip from outside surface of hood onto food and equipment. Flat top grill is not under the hood. This can be fixed by moving the stainless steel table located under the hood and sliding the grill down several inches
  • Ventilation Hood System Adequacy (46.614)
    --Hood system is missing 2 baffle filters.
  • Controlling Pests, Removing Dead or Trapped Birds, Insects, Rodents and Pests (46.981(k)(l))
    --Food facility inspection indicates evidence of insect activity (flies) in the kitchen areas, but facility does not have a pest control program.
