    --Ambient air measuring device (thermometer) for ensuring proper food storage in the left retail cooler is not accurate to +/- 3°F. Thermometer present read 18*F & actual air was checked at 30*F. Replace thermometer so temperatures can be accurately monitored. PREVIOUSLY CITED.

    --Non-food contact surfaces (retail cooler shelves) not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of dirt and soil. PREVIOUSLY CITED.
