--There is an accumulation of food debris on the floor of the walk-in freezer. Clean the freezer floor to remove the food debris.

--Several fruit flies were observed around the dish washer and dish tables. Clean all floor drains in the area and contact an exterminator to assist in eliminating the flies from this facility.
