  • Design & Functionality of Temperature Measuring Devices (46.590)
    --Interior temperature measuring device for ensuring proper temperature of equipment is not available or readily accessible in the Coca - Cola reach in equipment. Provide interior thermometer.
  • Sanitizing Solution Testing Device Provided & Used (46.634 & 46.674(e))
    --Food facility does not have available sanitizer test strips or test kit to determine appropriate sanitizer concentration. Obtain Chlorine test strips.
  • Cleanability of Floors, Walls, & Ceilings (46.921)
    --Janitoral closet adjacent to the food prep area is chipped / roughened / and is not a smooth, easily cleanable surface. Apply two coats of a semi-gloss paint to comply.
