--The following pieces of equipment in the upstairs kitchen and bar are dirty: the ice basin located at the bar, the inside of the keg refrigerator located at the bar, the inside of the freezer located at the bar, the fryer located in the kitchen and the dish washer catch basin located in the kitchen. Clean this equipment.
