    --Upon entrance to this firm, one male employee observed preparing Ready To Eat salad toppings with direct bare hand contact.

    --There is a fan mounted in the corner of the ceiling in the grill line and over the bread table that shows an easily observable build up of black grease laden dust that when in operation, will blow directly over the prep area on both hot and cold side of the line.

    --Cole slaw in the two Continental Bain marie has an internal temperature that ranged from 53.3-45.8*F when monitored at least 4 times during the time of the inspection.

    --Review of food safety critical walk through log made by management staff fails to monitor various food safety items as indicated this date.

    --The hand wash sink in the ware washing room is blocked with squeegees, scrapers etc.

    --Food facility operator failed to post an original, valid Food Employee Certification in a location conspicuous to the consumer.
  • Objective of Cleaning Grease & Soil Accumulations & Nonfood Contact Surfaces (46.711(b)(c))
    --The entire under carriage on the grill and Vulcan fryer show an accumulation of congealed grease and old spilled food product build up. An accumulation of spilled food and non food material on the floor and the rear of the fountain area. The entire floor under the Hobart ware washer shows a accumulation of grey ponding water, spilled food accumulation, providing a source of food for what appears to be sour fly like insects. Easily observable black mold on the racks especially under the shelving in the walk in cooler. The interior of all the bain maries show spilled food product build up.

    --There is an easily observable accumulation of black mold and mildew throughout the interior of the Hoshizaki Ive builder Model KM 1200 MAE. There is a build of dried food product on the Emco hand dicer Model # N5670.

We traveled from NH for a truck show and stopped in to have a supper. My husband only wanted the grill cheese no soup then the bill came and he was charged for the combo which was over $7.00 and then he spoke to the counter girl when we checked out and then she said she would get the manager and then the manager said nope that is the price. Our waitress was very rude slamming down our plates and not checking in on us and when ever we asked her for something we seemed to be bothering her. All the waitress's except for one seemed to be doing a lot chit chatting. One waitress did see that we were just sitting and asked if there was anything we needed. But we were going to come back the following morning for breakfast but with that service we chose not to and we will never return when we come back twice a year for vacation. Just thought someone should know.
