--One (1) stem-type thermometer used in prepared food department was at 26 degrees F rather than 32 degrees F when calibrated using ice point calibration. Calibrated during inspection.

--The produce room, meat room and mop sink faucets do not have backflow prevention devices, and the faucets have chemical dispenser units attached.
