    --Materials used on nonfood contact surfaces. Observed a cutting knife bung stored in a knife rack with tape and pope wrapped around the handle. Tape and piper are not cleanable. Corrected on the spot.

    --Plumbing system not maintained in good repair - observed leaking waste water drain line under the hand wash sink in the meat/seafood department.
