--Stomboli, calzones and other similar sandwiches in the Famous Familiga Pizza station observed on sheet pans in high boy holding unit with internal temperature at 80-84*F. There was no time marking on the products to identify the time they were made to verify holding time in lieu of temperature.

--The white plastic cutting block on the bain marie in the pizza station is not being rotated as required as evidenced by black discolored score marks on the bottom of the block. The interior base of the two door reach in freezer at the Philly Cheese Steak station shows an accumulation of ice ponding on the floor and infiltrating packaged product indicating a possible defective unit
