--Observed food stored directly on the floor in pantry area, rather than 6 inches off of the floor as required.

--Observed flooring behind bar area is made of wood and is cracked / roughened / and is not a smooth, easily cleanable surface. Flooring need to replaced at this time.

--No sign or poster posted at the handwash sink in the kitchen and bathroom areas to remind food employees to wash their hands.

--Observed area around kitchen floor grease entrapment of the food facility is extremely dirty with grease and dirt debris and in need of cleaning.

--Observed the grease traps over-top of fryers are heavily soiled w/ large accumulation of grease and static dust at the time of inspection.
