    --MAIN BAR: Chlorine chemical sanitizer residual detected in the final rinse cycle of the low temperature dishwasher was found at 0 ppm, and not 50-100 ppm as required. Eco Lab was contacted on site and came to repair the machine and the residual was later found at 50-100 ppm. The service tech believed a pin hole was in the sanitizer line allowing air in the line. Use your test kit daily to ensure the sanitizer cycle is always working properly.
  • Cleanability of Floors, Walls, & Ceilings (46.921)
    --A few ceramic floor tiles are broken in the Front Kitchen walk way. Replace these tiles within 10 days.
