--Food utensils at the steam table were stored in a container of water which is not maintained at 135°F. Clean and sanitize all of the utensils immediately. Store the utensils in water with a temperature of 135F or higher, clean and dry or in the food on the steam table. Correct practice immediately.

--The fire suppression system has not been serviced since May 2013. Contact a professional fire safety company and have them service the fire suppression system. The City's Fire Inspector will be notified.

--Dust was observed in the Beverage Air refrigerator in the kitchen. Clean the refrigerator and maintain it in a clean condition.

--A bucket of sanitizing solution and wiping cloths was stored in the hand washing sink. This sink must remain open and available at all times. Do not store anything in this sink.

--There is an accumulation of grease and dust on the filters in the exhaust hood over the cooking equipment. Employees did not know when the exhaust system was last cleaned professionally and a sticker was not observed with the date. Contact a professional hood cleaning company and have them clean the entire exhaust system. Have the system cleaned regular six month basis.
