--The slicer and ware washing sinks, have non-food contact surfaces exposed to splash, spillage, or other food soiling, made of untreated OSB board, an absorbent and rough material. These surfaces must be sealed/painted to facilitate cleaning.
- Manual Warewashing Sink Compartment Requirements (46.612)
--Food facility does not have a three-compartment sink for manual warewashing (wash, rinse, sanitize and air dry) of the slicer. Facility must upgrade two bowl sink to a three bowl sink.
- Storing Clean Items (46.774)
--Observed single-service, single-use articles (boxes of paper towels) stored, in the display area, directly on the floor and not 6 inches above the floor.
- Quality of Water (46.804)
--Food facility is using an approved non-public water system, but does not have current laboratory testing results for water potability. Water must be tested quarterly and results available during the time of the inspection.
- Covered Waste Receptacle in Women's Toilet Room (46.882(b))
--Women's toilet room is not provided with a covered waste receptacle for sanitary napkins.
