--"New" kids menu has breakfast selection of one egg & toast, egg cooked to order, but no consumer advisory on the menu. As per Harrisburg directive, the hamburger sandwich varieties on the kids menu must be fully cooked to at least 155*F / kids menu burgers cannot be cooked to order. Manager to call Corporate Official for immediate attention in this matter.
- Cleanability of Multiuse Food-Contact Surfaces & CIP equipment (46.542)
--Metal sausage gravy holding pans, not easily cleanable / need replaced, baked on scale and food residue on interior of pans. Similar issue with the color coded cutting boards, rough surfaces, knife cuts, scoring, scale / grime residue on boards making cleaning an issue, boards need refinished or replaced.
- Dispensing Equipment for Protection of Equipment & Food (46.583)
--New paper towel holder in grill line still to be installed, Manager to complete the task today. Roll of towels provided on work table in the interim.
- Objective of Cleaning Grease & Soil Accumulations & Nonfood Contact Surfaces (46.711(b)(c))
--Metal food pan lids at ice cream topping station have a sticky residue on the lids, clean any / all pan lids as needed.
