  • Cold Holding Potentially Hazardous Foods (46.385(a)(2)-(a)(5))
    --Main Pick Up Refrigerated Unit: The two (2) salad dressings were observed between 41-45°F. The containers were not properly buried in ice on all sides nor as high as the food level. These items must be maintained at 41°F or less at all times. This was explained again and corrected on site. Maintain through out the day.
  • Equipment in Good Repair & Proper Adjustment (46.671)
    --I was informed that a new handle was ordered for the for the bottom drawer of the refrigerated table. Please send a copy of the order receipt within 2 days.
  • Cutting Surfaces Maintained (46.672)
    --The fire suppression system for the cooking exhaust has not yet been inspected. Correct immediately and send in a copy/picture of the inspection tag once completed.
  • Handwashing Facility Installation (46.822(b))
    --BASEMENT: The hand wash sink located in the Men's Toilet Room does not have water at a temperature of at least 100°F-it was 81°F today. I was informed additional adjustments will be made to the faucet today.
