--The wash and rinse temperatures are not hot enough at the high temp dishwasher. The wash-154*F rinse-164*F as opposed to 160*F and 180*F as required. Utilize the 3-bowl sink in the meantime. Maintenance was called.

--Noted old food residue present on the inside ceiling of the microwave. Cleaned during the inspection.
