    --Interior temperature measuring device for ensuring proper temperature of equipment is not available or readily accessible in the following equipment

    --Food facility is reusing white cylindrical plastic containers for storing lunch meat, lettuce, chips, and other food products, which is intended to be a single-service or single-use article. These containers need to be sleeved with a plastic bag and replaced after emptied or need to be replaced entirely with a NSF approved / equivalent storage container.
