--Sliced lettuce and tomatoes were held at 46 °F, in the 1 door reach in cooler in the food prep area, rather than 41°F or below as required. Products were sliced this morning and were placed in the cooler at 11:00 am. Product was moved to an acceptable location during this inspection.
