ONE HOUR: SHREDDED LETTUCE, SLICED TOMATOES, MILK, AND FROZEN DESSERT MIXES, ALL OF WHICH ARE STORED IN THE WALKIN COOLER. FOOD PRODUCTS WERE MOVED TO THE WALKIN FREEZER. WALKIN COOLER HAS BEEN REPAIRED DURING THIS INSPECTION. AMBIENT AIR TEMPERATURE OF THE WALKIN WAS NOTED TO BE 52*F.
