    --Interior temperature measuring device for ensuring proper temperature of equipment is not available or readily accessible in the vegetable reach in. Patrick provided an interior thermometer during the inspection.
  • Frequency of Cleaning Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (46.714)
    --Non-food contact surfaces not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of dust, debris, crumb, or splash. Clean and sanitize the following: 1-Fan guard located in the True 2 Door water cooler. 2-Flooring under the soda rack in the dry storage area.
  • Cleanability of Floors, Walls, & Ceilings (46.921)
    --The following areas observed cracked / roughened / and is no longer deemed a smooth, easily cleanable surface, and non absorbent. 1- Ceiling center located in entryway, chipped / peeling paint. 2-Right side of upstairs server area counter, observed with warped / chipped wood flakes. Ensure the use of a semi-gloss or gloss paint if applied.
