    --Found cardboard on shelves in dish machine room and on several shelves in kitchen, 1 day to correct/remove.

    --Observed customer tableware / plates with cracks or chips in the kitchen area. 5 days to correct. (Replace with new).
  • Surface Characteristics of Indoor Areas of Food Facilities (46.901)
    --Base board / wall area, located in dish wash room is missing, and is not durable, smooth, non-porous, non-absorbent. 5 days to correct.

    --Floor under and to the left of fryers of the food facility is extremely dirty, dusty, grease and in need of cleaning.
