    --Observed a large amount of duct tape being used on the drain line from the table in front of the oven. This is not an approved material. If repairs are needed appropriate materials must be used.
  • Outer Openings Protected, Exterior Walls & Roofs Protective Barrier (46.922(e)(f))
    --Both doors to the outside, located in the front and back areas of the food facility are being propped open. Corrected.
  • Drying Mops (46.981(f))
    --Mops are not being hung to air dry. Observed wet mop and part of a mop bucket on the side table of the 3-compartment sink. These were removed, but there is still no mop hanger available in the facility.
  • Using Dressing Rooms & Lockers (46.981(j))
    --Food employee personal belongings (keys, wallet, phone) observed on the prep table by the walk-ins. Corrected.
  • Controlling Pests, Removing Dead or Trapped Birds, Insects, Rodents and Pests (46.981(k)(l))
    --Food facility inspection indicates evidence of excessive flying insect activity, particularly in the area of the floor drain in front of the oven.
  • In-Use Utensils & Between Use Storage (46.302)
    --Observed knives stored between the wall and the stainless steel panel at the baking prep table, an area not easily cleaned & sanitized.
  • Light Bulb Protective Shielding (46.922(a))
    --One light fixture is not shielded or shatter proof in the back storage area.
  • Repair & Cleaning Various Premises, Structures, Attachments & Fixtures (46.981(a)-(c)(g)(n))
    --There are several bulging/damaged ceiling tiles in the back storage area.
  • Cleaning Ventilation Systems (46.981(d))
    --Both intake and exhaust air duct vents need to be cleaned in the baking area and at the front serving counter.
